What is stored
Your account name, and the notes, folders, expenses and categories that you create. If you use the contact form, the message you write and any name or contact details you type into it.
Privacy
Short version: your notes and expenses belong to you.
Who can see it
Only you, after signing in. The data is not sold, shared or used for advertising. Contact messages are read by the site owner only.
Contact form and spam protection
To stop spam, a scrambled one-way version of your network address is kept for 2 days, together with a fingerprint of the message to spot repeats. The address itself is not stored.
Tracking
KRT does not use advertising or analytics trackers. Your sign-in token is kept in your browser so you stay logged in.
Deleting data
You can delete any note, folder or expense yourself. Ask the site owner to remove your account completely.
